Development Strategy
Our Development Strategy is to establish global level educational campuses in rural areas so that the rural community is directly benefited. The Trust comprises more than 900 primary members forming a General Assembly, in turn forming an Executive Body, Trustees & Office-Bearers.

- Full Compensation packages to Teachers in line with Government institutes
Transparency of High-Standards
- The Heart of any Trust - Annual Accounts of all the units (seven units) including CITC, are audited and circulated to all Donors and Primary Members, and filed with the Charity Commissioner within two months from the end of each financial year.
- Quarterly Account Statements of all the units (seven units) including CITC are presented to and approved by the Executive Body of the Trust. Ours is the one and only Trust in Gujarat State following this practice.
- Parents and Students are kept informed of the prevailing Fee Norms stipulated by the Government.
- Merit-based Admissions Process for Management Quota is relayed online on Internet.
- All the facilities of the Campus are open to all the parents, donors, and inspection agencies.
- Publishing of a monthly mouth piece, SamajGosthi, reporting activities of the Trust and a Bi-Monthly, Campus-News, reporting activities at Campus. Both publications are widely circulated.

Professional Management Service
- The Governing Body meets at every three months and proceedings are properly recorded and maintained.
- A Council is formed under the Governing Body for monthly review and the proceedings are recorded and maintained.
- All purchases for lab development are done through Purchase committee comprising of Management Members, Teaching Staff and Experts from Industry and Education Sectors.
- A Three Tier, Equal Opportunity Recruitment Process comprising Written Tests, Interviews and Class Presentations is undertaken. Candidates are evaluated on performance in all three areas as well as Academic Qualifications and Experience. Experts of different sectors - Education and Industry, form the decisive part of the Recruitment process.
Like a Corporate Body, Annual Budgets are prepared, approved by the Governing Body and monitored quarterly through Quarterly Accounts statements.
