“The institute of banking personnel selection(IBPS)” is an autonomous body which implements process of assessment and selection for personnel to all Public sector banks, REGIONAL RURAL BANKS, NABARD, SIDBI, LIC and other insurance giants. IBPS has a process of selection for nationalized or public sector bank.

The selection process will be carried out in three stages:
(A)The first one is Preliminary Examination.
(B)Second stage is Main Examination.
(C)Third stage is Common Interviews conducted by IBPS.

The structure of the Examinations: (English and Hindi)

(A) Preliminary Examination – (Composite time of 01 Hour)

Note :-Prelim’s Mark Will not be consider For Final Merit List

(B) Main Examination – (Composite time of 02 Hours)

Penalty for Wrong Answers: one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score for both examination.

(C)Interview: No Interview

Note: Final seletion will be totally based on the performance at mains examination and the interview
Application Fee: Rs.100/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates, Rs.600 /- for all others. The fee can be made through Online Mode by using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.
