Welcome to the Jashkamal Milcent Management Training Centre (JMTC Institute), which is committed to excellence in the fields of Skill development, Competitive training, Professional training and Vocational education in accordance with national frameworks and industry requirements.
In the fast-moving economic and technological scenario, only outcome-based and competency-driven education can provide a skilled and future-ready workforce. JMTC Institute is committed to delivering quality skill development programs, vocational courses, competitive examination trainings, and corporate training aligned with NCVT (NCVET) guidelines, National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF), and contemporary industry standards.
Our academic philosophy was inspired by the founding principle envisioned by Shree Charotar Motti Sattavis Patidar Kelvani Mandal Anand (CMSPKM) in 1998:
“Education succeeds when knowledge is transformed into skill and skill into societal value.”
This guiding thought continues to inspire our approach to structured learning, practical training, and continuous quality improvement. The JMTC was established in 1998 by philanthropist visionaries; it gets profound guidance from Shri Charotar Moti Sattavis Patidar Kelavani Mandal, a highly respected Non-Profit Charitable Organisation. Our existence itself speaks volumes about the conviction that service to society through quality education is the best way to empower youth talent to achieve extraordinary heights. Sharing lineage with renowned institutions, which include the illustrious D. Z. Patel School, CHARUSAT University, Changa.
